We have lots of
monogram and customer samples pictured.
Why doesn't the website show all colors and styles?
Why don't you sell all of your designs separately and not
just on
clothing?
Because we
personalize most items!
Our site will offer
special
embroidery designs
to purchase,
but most clothing &
gift items are custom.
Everyone has their
own special and unique tastes,
so we try and
provide something special.
Designs that are
copyrighted will not be sold separately.
They will, however, be sold stitched on garments.
We also offer our own custom
embroidery designs for
purchase.

What embroidery formats will be provided?
We provide PES,
but can convert to
others upon request.
When will shipment be made.
If stock is
available, items will be shipped
within 1 week or
less by priority mail or UPS
once you have
approved your design request.
Designs will
be sent by zip file through email within 24 hours.
Custom items
usually require extra time
to design and sew -
usually less than 10 days.
We take great pride
in our products.
All custom items
are inspected before delivery
including fabrics,
zippers and stitching.
A picture of your
design is emailed
to you before your
item is sewn - for your approval!
Once you approve
your design, you will be assured of
receiving exactly
what you approved!
Once an item is
sewn, the stitching cannot be removed.
Our items are
guaranteed to be smoke free and pet free.
What is the return policy?
All items are
inspected before shipment for defects,
including zippers,
pockets, straps, stitching, etc.
If you order
a custom item or monogrammed item, the item is not returnable.
Once an item is
sewn, the stitching cannot be removed.
If an item is not
customized and is sold as in-stock inventory, the item may
be returned with the
following stipulations:
An email must
be sent to us with prior to return for an Return Authorization
number,
stating the
reason for the return.
1. Item to be
returned must be postmarked within 3 days of our delivery
confirmation receipt.
2. All tags must
be original and still affixed to item.
Tags cannot be removed
and then re-attached.
3. Item cannot
be returned if used or tested.
4. Item must be
returned to us "in our original new condition".
5. Shipping
either way will not be reimbursed, only the cost of the
actual item itself.
We have this policy in
place to protect our customers from re-sale items.
Our items are sold as
"new" only.
We cannot re-sell any
item that has been used, altered or tested.
Our items are
guaranteed to be smoke free and pet free.
